RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At NOVRID, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Underwear
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Final Sale items
  • Clearance items marked "Non-Returnable"

Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We gladly offer exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • incorrect
  • missing items

Please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the package

We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • We shipped the wrong item
  • The item arrived damaged
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

NOVRID is not responsible for returns lost during transit.


Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • Inspection usually takes 2–5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may appear within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase.

Once an order has entered processing or shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank.

If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, contact us.
