Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, choose your preferred size and color, add the item to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the payment instructions to complete your purchase.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipment and can no longer be changed.

Please contact us as soon as possible.


How do I know if my order was successful?

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your payment has been completed.

If you don't see it, please check your Spam or Promotions folder.


I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately.

If your order has not yet shipped, we'll update the shipping address.

Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change the destination.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active.


My package is delayed. What should I do?

Shipping carriers occasionally experience delays.

If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, contact our support team and we'll gladly assist.


My package says delivered but I haven't received it.

Please:

  • Check around your property
  • Ask household members
  • Check with neighbors

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us within 7 days.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days after delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With tags attached

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged item
  • Manufacturing defect

How long do refunds take?

After inspection:

2–5 business days

Approved refunds are issued within:

5 business days

Banks may require an additional 5–10 business days.


Can I exchange an item?

If your desired size or color is available, we'll gladly exchange eligible items.
